From
many experts’ point of view, Taijiquan is an ideal
relaxation method for stress reduction. It is a kind of
Chinese martial arts, which combines the deep abdominal
breathing, body movement and relaxation. Taijiquan conjoins
body, intellect and soul in a harmonious way. It regulates
the breathing and it invigorates the cardiovascular and
the nervous system. You will learn from a Taijiquan master
and relax yourself in Yangshuo with its unforgettable karst
landscape. The journey begins and ends in the metropolis
Shanghai. In doing so, you can experience the large contrast
between the bustle of the metropolis and the recreation
during your sojourn in Yangshuo and Guilin both at the beginning
and the end of the journey.
