practiced in numerous variations and styles. Taijiquan conjoins
body, intellect and soul in a harmonious way. It regulates
the breathing and it invigorates the cardiovascular and
the nervous system. You will learn from a Taijiquan master
and relax yourself in Yangshuo with its unforgettable karst
landscape. In the end, you will fly to Sanya, the most popular
bathing vacation area in China – the so-called "Hawaii

in the afternoon practicing Taijiquan with the master. Taijiquan
consists of gentle movements, whose sequences have been
taken from work-related tasks, movements of animals and
martial arts. There, deep abdominal breathing, body movements
and relaxation are combined together. By the use of concentration
on the slow, soft and flowing body movements, body and soul
will be harmonized. Taijiquan leads to a deliberate interaction
with one’s own body and helps to become aware of one’s
own attitude towards the handling of everyday life. But
it is deployed mainly for the prevention of cardiovascular
diseases, diseases of the back, articular and muscular problems
as well as for the fortification of the natural self-healing
processes and the immune defence. The training program will
