Export Commodities Fair, also called Canton Fair (CECF),
is held in Guangzhou twice a
year in spring and autumn since it was inaugurated in the
spring of 1957. The CECF is co-hosted
by Ministry of Commerce of PRC and People's Government of
Guangdong Province. The Fair, a comprehensive trade fair
of international importance, has won its reputation as "China's
NO.1 Fair" because of its long history, its high level,
its large scale, the big number of exhibited items, the
worldwide distribution of overseas buyers and the greatest
business turnover in China.
