Bamboo Garden Hotel

a three-star hotel put in a typical Chinese
garden is situated in a quiet lane west of
the Drum Tower in the center of the old town of

The guesthouse was the residence of a Minister of
the late Qing Dynasty. It is well designed and decorated
with pavilions and corridors, hills and springs,
bamboo and trees. Since the mansion became a hotel
in the 1980s, it has been renovated many times and
now it is a 3 star American standard hotel with
all modern facilities.
There are 40 standard rooms, 4 suites and 2 deluxe
suites. Each guest room is equipped with individually
adjustable air-conditioner, satellite TV, IDD/DDD
telephone. The hotel possesses access to the Internet.
There are Chinese restaurants in it, offering authentic
Chinese cuisine from the North of China. The bar
of the hotel offers a wide selection of high quality
western cuisine.
