Waterfall Hotel, the largest, latest and best-equipped hotel
in Guangxi, 
is now being rebuilt on the former site of Lijiang Hotel into
a deluxe five-star hotel. The artificial waterfall that rushes
down from its top matches the picturespue ambience of the hotel,
with Shanhu Lake glittering right down in front, Lijiang River
flowing on the east, Elephant Trunk Park neighbouring on the south,
and Duxiu Hill and Diecai Hill towering on the north. The waterfall,
listed in the Guiness Book of Record, is 45 meters high, 72 meters
wide at the top and 75 meters at the bottom. It have 646 rooms
altogether including 541 standard rooms, 20 deluxe single rooms,
1 presidential suite, 22 deluxe suites and 62 executive rooms,
all equipped with controlled air conditioning, IDD/DDD telephone
and mini-bar, refrigerator, remote control color TV, in-house
movies.
Within the hotel there are Chinese and Western restaurant, Japanese-Korean
restaurant, Milky Way teahouse, a stable-temperature indoor swimming
pool, a roof-top garden fitness center and a set of sauna rooms.
